Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered, on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you by email. 


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
    Estimated delivery windows:

    Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    Expedited Shipping:  2-3 business days

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order depends on the shipping method selected and location. 

 

Shipping to P. O. Boxes

  • We ship to P. O. boxes. 


International Shipping & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We currently do not offer these shipping destinations.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
